A downturn, a recession, food shortages, Brexit, Covid 19, cutbacks, rising unemployment rate, and the dismal economic forecasts is wreaking havoc with the Nations mental state, such that if you don’t get a grip, it could cripple your business. 

V.U.C.A – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity

The military has an acronym for this, V.U.C.A. 

V.U.C.A. causes fear, and fear causes inaction because when people don’t know what’s coming next, they tend to dwell on the negatives such as the dangers and hazards of what might happen.

V.U.C.A could paralyse you and your business in 2021.
